FLEXIBLE NOTE PURCHASE OPTIONS
- Full note purchase - By far the most common and popular purchase option, with this option the entire note is liquidated resulting in the most cash to the seller.
- Partial note purchase - Another very popular option, with the partial sale of a note the seller sells only a portion of the principal and retains the right to receive future payments. Ex. we buy only 60 of the 120 remaining payments, after the 60 payments have been collected the payments revert back to the seller to collect or sell at a later date.
- Fractional note purchase - While certainly not for every note seller the fractional interest purchase is designed to buyout the interest of one or more beneficiaries to a note. For example, lets say three siblings are receiving payments on the note. However, only two would like to cashout, while the other is happy to collect their portion of the monthly payments. We can step in and buyout the interest of the two parties, while the remaining party continues to collect their portion just as before.
